Pathways to Professional Development is pleased to announce that we are now offering Reflective Learning Collaboratives in order to support, enhance and deepen all that participants are learning through the project’s Foundational Webinar series. These learning collaboratives will be facilitated by the presenters of the Foundational Webinars in the spirit of reflective supervision. Each training cohort will be comprised of small groups of participants, and will:

• Assist you in applying what you are learning to your work
• Answer any questions you have, and clarify or expand on topics of particular interest
• Provide a forum to raise your practice dilemmas for discussion and problem solving
• Provide opportunity to connect with peers in the field
• Reinforce the value of reflection in our work and provide an opportunity to wonder and explore, in a relationship for learning, how our own feelings and reactions arising out of the work, impact us, our clients and the therapeutic process itself.  

Reflective Learning Collaboratives will be offered on various dates and times in order to be as accessible to you as possible.   We look forward to meeting you in one of these groups, strengthening your knowledge and skills, and expanding your network of professional peers!

By registering for one date of a cohort, you will automatically be registered for the other dates in that cohort. Participants are encouraged to attend all the dates within your chosen group.

• Wednesday, January 29, 2025: 9:30 - 10:30 AM
• Wednesday, February 26, 2025: 9:30 - 10:30 AM
