This webinar will offer an overview of peer-facilitated group process that supports people struggling with moral distress, burnout, or demoralization. The session will begin with a review of moral injury and moral distress, followed by a fishbowl demonstration of the group process and Q&A. There will also be time for discussion on how this process may be adapted and implemented in participants' contexts.

In this session, participants will receive an introduction to the concept of Moral Injury and its impact on youth, children, families, and service providers. Participants will learn about current research in the area of Moral Injury and its implications for practice. They will also have the chance to hear stories from the field relating to Moral Injury, and be able to discuss the lessons they can learn and use to help their own clients, and themselves.
