This series will consist of two webinars that will focus on: Finance Department Operations and the interrelationship between an agency’s fiscal infrastructure and program operations. This will include the development of a business plan, accounting policies and procedures, executive leadership, and key operational and programmatic functions.

These webinars will build on the previous MCTAC Fiscal Operations webinars offered by this team. There will be a combination of didactic learning and breakout sessions focused on the materials presented. Participants will also develop strategies for effectively integrating the learning components into agency operations.
