Duration: 1 hours 30 minutes
Location: Zoom
Event Details:
In collaboration with the Step Two Policy Project and AHN/RHS, the Managed Care Technical Assistance Center (MCTAC) is offering a webinar to spotlight a data informed quality improvement approach to improve behavioral health outcomes within an Alternative/ Value-Based Payment (APM/VBP) framework. This offering will explore how a Behavioral Health Care Collaborative's (BHCC) integration of data-driven strategies—across clinical, encounter, social, and insurance data—has led to more effective care management and better patient outcomes. By breaking down long-standing barriers to accessing meaningful data, this BHCC has been able to innovate their care models and improve service delivery to the individuals and communities they serve.
The focus of this webinar will be on the work of Advanced Health Network and Recovery Health Solutions (AHN/RHS), a behavioral health network comprising of 40 licensed agencies across New York City, Nassau and Suffolk counties. Through a suite of data analytics tools, AHN/RHS has been able to identify critical patterns and insights that have informed targeted care interventions. This webinar will explore how a BHCC’s data-driven approach can improve care coordination and enhance patient satisfaction.
MCTAC’s webinar will also highlight the importance of change and process management in supporting these data innovations. Through discussions with AHN/RHS, their partners, and other key stakeholders, participants will learn how actionable data and thoughtful process management can drive meaningful improvements in behavioral health care.
