CTAC Flourishing Fridays
When: Friday, July 25 - 12:00 PM
Duration: 1 hours
Location: Zoom
Event Details:
Join us for a new series focused on thriving holistically as a mental health provider!
Feeling burned out on self-care? Looking for something deeper, and more sustaining?
Flourishing Fridays is a new series designed to create space for those doing the work—frontline mental health providers—to pause, reflect and connect. Grounded in a trauma-informed lens and built around peer support, this space is not about case reviews or supervision. It’s about you—your resilience, your well-being, and your growth as both a professional and a human being.
Together, we’ll explore:
- What it means to truly flourish in helping professions
- How to foster compassion, resilience, and satisfaction—so you can feel effective and engaged in your work
- What practices people in the field have created to stay grounded, supported, and creative
- How the work is impacting you, and what you need to keep moving forward
Whether you're seeking renewal, inspiration, or simply a space to feel less alone in the work, Flourishing Fridays offers a fresh approach. Come hear voices from the field, share your own wisdom, and be part of a growing community committed to thriving—not just surviving. We’ll cultivate a flourishing community of practice where we learn from and with one another. We’ll create a space built with you—shaped by your feedback, grounded in your wisdom, and rooted in our shared commitment to flourish together.
