Building Effective Relationships

In this interactive training is trainees will learn how to both engage, and forge deeper, more meaningful relationships with participants in their programs.  Trainees will also get an introduction to Motivational Interviewing techniques.  Using role-play, video, and coaching, this training teaches trainees how to build empathy, improve their listening skills, and help their participants to make change in their lives that they are reluctant to make.  This training is excellent for newer staff.
