OMH and OASAS will give designated providers an update on Adult BH HCBS, including:

• Overview of the new Oversight Policy
• Introduction to Terms and Conditions for Adult BH HCBS Providers
• Review of the Authorization Attestation process

 Intended Audience: Designated Providers of Adult BH HCBS, including executive leadership, quality assurance personnel, human resources personnel, and supervisors

 There will be an opportunity for Q&A, and the State expects to release an FAQ if needed based on provider feedback.

The State strongly encourages agency leadership and Adult BH HCBS supervisors to attend this webinar, as the Authorization Attestation process will be mandatory for continued designation.
