Interpersonal Psychotherapy Booster Session- Part One

TTAC is pleased to host a two-part booster session for clinicians who are seeking certification in Interpersonal Psychotherapy on August 04, 2021 & August 11, 2021.

***Please note that this Booster Training is open for anyone who attended Level A and is seeking IPT certification.***

IPT Booster Training is the next step in the Community-Based Certification process. Booster Training is designed to complete instruction for participants in the theory and practice of Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT). All therapists MUST have completed Level A training and be working on consultation calls and development of their portfolios.

The course consists of didactic presentations and reviews of portfolio materials and specific clinician cases. More complex cases are reviewed in detail, and videotape reviews are conducted. Group discussion of problems in conducting IPT, challenges, and other logistical issues are discussed.

Participants must attend both booster sessions in order to receive credit. This 2-day IPT Booster Training is required to complete Community-Based Certification in IPT. The zoom links for both sessions will be sent to you via email shortly after registration.

LMHCs and LMSWs who attend all parts of the booster session will be eligible to receive 8 CEU contact hours through the NYU Silver School of Social Work.

CEU Requirements:

Participants must attend all both parts of the booster session via computer to receive full credit 
​Eligible participants will be sent an email at the conclusion of the booster session with further direction as to where they will be able to complete the CEU process, pay the $25 CEU registration fee to the NYU Silver School of Social Work, and access the CEUs online.
