Pain can leave an indelible mark which can last for a lifetime. Through breath-based awareness, intention, gentle movement, and relaxation, we will invite compassion to the edges and centers of our pain, whether in heart, mind, or body. We will also visit the places where facing survival our own, that of our loved ones and so, so many othersleaves its mark and awaits our wisdom.

Coping with chronic pain seems like a daunting and frightening task. But there are specific practices and techniques that can make a big difference.
