The New York Center for Child Development (NYCCD) and the New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH) in collaboration with CTAC, is pleased to announce an upcoming informational  webinar on the ZERO TO THREE DC:0-5™, the Diagnostic Classification of Mental Health and Developmental Disorders of Infancy and Early Childhood!

Donna Bradbury, Associate Commissioner at New York State Office of Mental Health, will discuss New York State’s plans to make DC:0-5 the recommended diagnostic tool for all children birth to age 5.  

The webinar will feature Kathleen Mulrooney of Zero to Three who will provide an overview of DC:0-5™.  

The webinar will review the specialized diagnostic classification system for infancy and early childhood, as well as approaches to diagnosis from an Infant/Early Childhood  Mental Health perspective.

In the coming months, NYCCD, in partnership with CTAC will be providing trainings statewide through OMH beginning in July.  The trainings will be offered free of cost to participants and each participant will receive a complimentary copy of the manual and CEUs will be offered.
